Rates​ effective from September 2026
​THE GALLERY (ground floor including kitchen, WC/cloaks and terrace
YEAR ROUND rate of £325 per week

THE GALLERY - STUDIO / WORKSHOP HIRE (when available see sociaL media or by email to owners)
Daily: £70 per day
Session (morning, afternoon, evening) of 4 hours: £40 per session
Hourly: £12 per hour
ACCOMMODATION Available only in association with the rental of the gallery: (beautiful private first floor apartment with bedroom, lounge and shower room with toilet).
Rates IN ADDITION to cost of gallery.
£1,000 per week. Daily rate available to bookings of 3 nights or more.
General booking information​

All bookings start on a Tuesday and end on a Monday.

We do not charge commission on any work that is sold.

Payment of a £175 deposit and return of a signed copy of our agreement confirms the booking. The remaining balance of £150 to be paid two months before start of hire.

Hirers must have public liability/public indemnity insurance for the hire period.
