Booking Information (2026)
​If you are interested in hiring, please contact us via the email below, stating the length of hire and month you would prefer. We will reply quickly advising on availability.
Rates​
​THE GALLERY (ground floor including kitchen, WC/cloaks and terrace):
January to March: £250 per week
April to December: £300 per week
ACCOMMODATION (apartment with bedroom, lounge and bathroom).
The following in addition to cost of gallery.
January to March: £800 per week
April to December: £1000 per week
General booking information​

All bookings start on a Tuesday and end on a Monday.

We do not charge commission on any work that is sold.

Payment of a 50% deposit and return of a signed copy of our agreement confirms the booking. The remaining 50% is paid two months before start of hire.

Hirers must have public liability/public indemnity insurance for the hire period.
